When designing the poster for my product, I had to think of various aspects to market the product well. The poster has to have a message, and this message should link back to the unique selling point of the product (USP). One of the best ways to portray a message is to have a metaphor within the poster. In my opinion the USP of my product is that it helps keep home security simple. To link this USP to my poster I made the poster itslef simple, this acts as the metaphor.  

The slogan 'Keep home security simple' emphasises this, and it also lets you know that it HOME security, not any other security.
